Thank you for shopping with Cedar Cabin Coffee. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
DELIVERY

Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after processing.

Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery once your order leaves our facility.

You will receive an email with tracking details once your shipment has been dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged or lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Coffee (whole bean or ground) is a perishable product and is final sale — it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded once shipped.

Non-coffee items such as mugs, apparel, and accessories may be returned within 21 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, in new condition, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

You must contact us by email before returning any product. Once the return is approved and verified to meet these conditions, we will send you the return shipping instructions and address.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
